Time Track not selecting for Job Cost

Client on 2019 and only wants to integrate between TT and JC.  I have integration to PR turned off for TT.  TT has 906 records, all of which have an N for the JC and PR updated flags.  Yet when I run the Selection in JC, nothing is selected, with ALL criteria on each line.

Why won't anything select?

    Just had a quick look at the criteria.  Couple of questions?

    • Do you have the Require Approval to Post Entries turned on in Time Track Options (Payroll/Setup Menu).  If that is turned on then it will filter out anything that has not been approved.
    •  Department security?  But, I think you'd get a message up front if you didn't have access
    • The selection also checks for missing Earnings, Job/Cost Codes, but you would get a message about these.
