Need help with custom job cost report in MAS-90

Anyone out there an expert with MAS-90s/Crystal Reports reporting engine?

What I'm am trying to do is create a Job Cost Detail Report that allows me to select a date range and then print job costs by Job Number (participants) that have job costs that fall within that date range. (We are a non-profit, which is why we have unique participant IDs and not customers) Currently, the job transaction detail report displays EVERY single unique participant that's ever been entered into MAS-90, including terminated participants that have no transactions within that date range. I simply want a report that display:

1) Any and all unique  with job numbers in a given date range and the total cost of those jobs ordered by unique job number. By active I mean individuals we're currently job costing to.

Something simplistic that can be exported to Excel. :)
