While this is not ideal, if I had the problem, I would print to a PDF.  And from Adobe or what ever PDF Viewer you use, print only the pages you need.  I always print these to PDF anyway so I don't have to keep Paper copies for employees who lose theirs.  

When you go to print, it will give you the option to print just 1 page.  At least it has on all of the w-2's I've had to print from e-filing.

When you select the option to "Reprint Completed W2s", then select Employee Copies, on the next secreen you will have the option to select individual employees.

As a reminder, remember to change SS# in Employee Maintenance.
