Taxable wages and J-1 Student Visa

Trying to close out the 3rd quarter.  I had a few employees here on J1 visa which means they do not pay FICA, Medicare and Fed Unemployment.  I accidentally paid a few of them with our regular earnings code that deducted fica and medicare taxes and corrected it on their next paycheck.  Ex:

Reg earnings code: -10.00

Visa earnings code: +10.00

which credited the fica and medicare taxes that were previously deducted.  When I print my quarterly tax report it still includes the 10.00 in taxable wages for FICA and Medicare.  When you look in their earnings (in emp. maintenance) it shows the corrected amount in the Visa earnings code and not in the reg. earnings code which is correct.  I don't know why it is still showing these amounts as taxable wages on the quarterly tax report (and 941) which is throwing off our totals on our 941.
