Yes, very easy.  In the file you need the item, the total quantity for that item, the serial number and the qty for that serial number.  In VI use the Receipt Header which has both header and line detail

In general, PO Receipt of Goods is tricky, because your file needs to include the PO Line Key, to receive against existing Purchase Orders.
