There is an option to select on the 4th setup panel to print account number display.  You can also create you own trend report using Sage Intelligence reporting

I do not see a 4th panel.. is there a setting to add it?? and we do not have SI...

However I do see on SELECT tab an option to use Account # but its greyed out.. do you know what I need to do to enable.. I'm not an accounting person so I don't know what the message above the Select field means...

Regarding Sage Intelligence, yes you do have it.  Every Sage 100 installation comes with one license.at NC.  License is specific to a workstation.  Strongly suggest you contact your reseller for assistance.  If you get a deer in the headlights response, I believe there are tutorials at Sage U.  It is Excel based and very powerful.  BUT it is best to learn via a couple sessions of one on one training.  

Thanks much I was able to find the setting with modify and that worked... Thanks again and I just need to get my license to register for SI I did see the 1 free license on the Sage invoice.. so Thanks for that one as well.
