Hello.. we have the sage client running on a windows 2022 terminal server so all our remote offices and users can access Sage. Some of these users are receiving a printer not activated -30 error. When I look at the printer queue there are 2600+ jobs sitting in the Q back from June til today and the printer has an error status. First the Q should not have any old jobs in there correct.
Is there a way to reset the printer without re-installing the converter.. I was hoping there was a service that could be off/on that would reset it.
Any suggestions... Thanks
