I've been attempting to research and cant find too many applicable answers so I figured I'd ask here. 

Firstly, what is a description/meaning of the .PVC file type/extension?
Second, what is the description/meaning of a .M4L file type/extension? 

I'm new to Sage 100 and understand both are Sage specific, but cant find out too much more than that. I'm creating a "cheat sheet" for myself to gain a better understanding to all things Sage and for reference purposes. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
