Business Intelligence pointing to the wrong server

We recently installed Sage 100 on a new RDS virtual machine. Sage itself is running correctly, but the Business Intelligence licensing is still pointing to the old server(workstation) after copying the old config.ini file to the new server. As per the attachment I've included, is this just a simple deleting of the old workstation in license manager, to free up the license, and then assigning it to the new server? Thanks!
