Simple Time Card Entry and Per Diem

How do people manage per diem when employees are using the simple time card app?  We're not seeing where it's an option.

    Employees fill out a time sheet using an Excel template, they enter their time on the first page, then the second page is their expenses. There are links so that the employee only enters the date/location worked once per day. We use Time Track to enter the employees time, and enter their per diems through AP.
