SAGE 100 adv 2022 service not running but application will run just fine

One of my clients is having an issue with 2022 running as a service but running as application is fine. does any one have any suggestions

Depending on the issue causing the "service to not run"; it may be that they require the Heap Size to be increased. This knowledgebase article explains how to increase the Windows Heap Size on the Application…

Depending on the issue causing the "service to not run"; it may be that they require the Heap Size to be increased. This knowledgebase article explains how to increase the Windows Heap Size on the Application Server. Again, depending on the actual "messages" or "issue".

20 it only started after we moved to a new VM server 2019 with SAGE 2022
