You have to create a new panel for the new company and then use the Copy feature to copy from another panel/company

The raw data tables should contain all customized fields, since the data dictionary is system wide.

As BigLouie says, there is a way to copy panel changes using Custom Office.  We often prefer to do panel customizations for all companies, to avoid needing to make copies for each new company (or test company).
