Hello... if we preview an invoice before printing the PDF the invoice file doesn't get created and saved into the defined folder for paperless office.

Is there a setting to change this or work around..

A Preview counts as being printed. If you want to print an entire batch to Paperless, there is a checkbox for that on the invoice printing screen.

PaperLess Office DOES NOT create and save a PDF if you preview first. It will only create and save a PDF if you Print. There is no reason to Preview first because part of the Paperless process is to preview first. when printing.

Very true... Paperless only works from Print, not Preview.

However, Paperless PDF's automatically open for journals / registers, but not for invoices.
