Hello,

We recently had a user who needs the PDF converter reinstalled locally. However, when attempting to access the File>Run program feature on her machine (so I can run the otherwise hidden Sage 100 program feature), it said she's not authorized to do so. Does anyone happen to know which permissions would be tied to this feature within Sage 100? She has access to our Sage server and the appropriate local folders, so I'm a bit stumped as to why she cannot use this feature within the workstation. I initially thought it was throwing that message because I had forgotten to sign her out and run Sage 100 as an administrator, but it still failed to give me the program popup I normally can view as myself as well as some other users who aren't administrators.

Any help figuring out what abilities she needs to successfully run this file menu option is much appreciated.
