Is there a way to create some sort on hyperlink that will open a specific customer record in Sage 100 hosted?

We often "take notes" on customer calls in an outside application and want to be able to click into the Sage100 record from those notes.

Yes, I have see this discussed before. Some of the more tech knowledgeable members might know how to. Someone like Connex or Kevin. There is a way to call a program with a script and it is a matter of knowing how to include the customer number.

Opening a specific customer record using a Sage 100 script is not the hard part.

The hard part is linking to the Sage 100 program from an external program. I don't know how to do that.
