Hi all,

We've been using Starship for years but in the last week have experienced major delays and performance problems EXCLUSIVELY with their integration (meaning other 3rd parties like ScanForce, Avalara, Paya, TrueCommerce, Insynch, etc.... are performing normally).

While troubleshooting with Starship support they suggested our UDF count was the issue but when looking at the tables Starship touches, we have 123 UDFs and about 50% we installed with 3rd party integrations (mainly TrueCommerce) so I can't really get rid of them.... plus we've had all these UDFs for 5+ years and they've been fine until now.

I wanted to ask the group:

Do you use Starship? What is your UDF count? How is your MIFS performance (loading / writingback to Sage)
