Paperless Office - SMTP setup

Hello, 

While trying to setup automatic email delivery in Sage 100 Advanced, I'm stuck at the portion where I setup the SMTP settings in Company Maintenance. I've verified I have the correct IP with my IT company and using the correct port. No matter what authentication option or encryption option I choose, I continue to get the error below. Any suggestions where I can get this 'User ID' would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

The following field is required: SMTP User ID. Verify that the E-mail configuration in Company Maintenance is correct.
