Zip Code Removal on US Country

Hi,

I'm having an EDI PO import error that says zip code "33966" for Fort Myers FL is used in more than one country. I exported the SY_ZipCode table and found it listed for both US and USA.

Would someone be willing to suggest a method for removal of the zip codes associated with US or this one in particular?

Kind regards,

Charles

I would go into Country maintenance and remove US. Then go into ZIP code maintenance and see how many US records there are. If a lot I would export the file into Excel, remove all US records, re-init the ZIP code file and import the edited file back in.

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried looking in Country Code Maintenance to delete US, but US is listed as an "Alternate Country Code" for USA.

I utilized the Excel tool Get Data > From Other Sources > From Microsoft Query and used the Sage connection to pull the SY-ZipCode table. Filtering on CountryCode for "US" yields 128 total rows. I deleted all records and saved as a csv file.

Would my next step be to import that back into Sage via the Visual Integrator?

    Thanks for your help.
