When scanning out products in Sales Order > Shipping > Shipping Data Entry we keep getting all the Customer Memo Pop-ups. Is there a way to turn this off for certain roles?

When scanning out products in Sales Order > Shipping > Shipping Data Entry we keep getting all the Customer Memo Pop-ups. Is there a way to turn this off for certain roles?
We have Sage 100.
Add a Role specific entry in Memo Manager Maintenance, and ensure "Auto-Display" is disabled for the correct screen.
(For users with multiple roles, you might need to do this for all of their Roles).
