Integrated Time Clock Attendance Software?

We are in search of a time clock and attendance package.  I have run into one (Time Clock Plus) that does integrate into MAS90 payroll.  I was wondering if anyone had any expreience with this system or had any recommendations on other systems that might integrate well into the PR module?

Here's some things we are looking for:

3 Proximity Badge Terminals

In/Out board that any employee can view and quickly see who is in/out (Real Time)

~30 Employees

RJ-45 / IP Connectivity (POE not required)

Just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions.  Even if it doesn't integrate with MAS I may still be interrested.

TIA

  • I don't know if it has everything you are looking for, but I have two clients using TimeForce.

It "integrates" using an export from TimeForce and an import through a VI job.

  • If you have Visual Integrator, to be honest, almost any timeclock system can "integrate" with MAS90 provided it could export a text file.

  • Might check with Sierra Computing Solutions www.time-clock.com

  • Welcome to the Community.

I love how the word "integrate" gets tossed around.  Very few programs "integrate" with MAS unless you have a Master Developer (MD) write the code in PVX.

I have several clients using Time Clock Plus and once you get past the salesman hype and correct the clients expectations, it works fairly well.

Unless the interface has improved over the past couple years, you will have export file options to choose from that are labeled "MAS 90".  There is (was) nothing that pulled the data out of MAS PR and populated the Time Clock files automatically.  Once you get the time data exported, you then have to import the data into MAS via the Visual Integrator module.  Don't expect any assistance from Time Clock to do this.

As was pointed out, Sierra has a solution that may have a better interface with MAS.  They are always at the annual trade show.

    Good Luck

  • Do watch out on your web site addresses.

There is a www.timeclock.com which I am not familiar with.  I think that is what BottomLine is referring to.

There is a www.time-clock.com which is Sierra and I am very impressed with their product and support. It does not require VI.

Clients have used both softwares noted above using Visual Integrator to import hours.

  • We have used Attendance Enterprise from Infotronics (http://infotronics.com/) for several years, with a VI import to MAS 200 Payroll for about 1,100 employees.
