Have you tried doing a verify database on the report?

The database is up to date.  I attached the file so maybe you can see the issue that I am seeing.  I'm using only standard fields.  Hope that I'm just holding my mouth wrong.  Thank you for your help!!

You'll have to rename the file to RPT.

I see you are using tables POStuff and SOStuff which I assume are some sort of View that you have created?

Any reason why you are not directly using the Sage 100 tables?  

By doing it that way you have added an extra level of complexity that I'm not familiar with.

Thank you for your thoughts.  I attached directly to the Sage tables, but I'm using a "command" so I can use an Outer Join on the results.  The data is populating properly and I'm a lot closer!  Now I'm getting an invalid field error when I try to convert the report into Sage.

I did a bit of research on the web and the "invalid field name" error comes from a user parameter field.  I took out the parameter and took it out of the queries too.  Still no go.

Thinking outside the box a bit..., is there a "work" table that has SO data and PO data that is linked by SO number??  Thinking of using an existing table instead of building the result set.

I'm having the same error with another database when converting a report on Sage 100 2014.  "Could not covert sort '<databasename>': Sorting field not found."  

How do you enter a sorting field in Crystal?  When I run this custom report in Crystal directly it works fine and is verified.

It may be cheating but since the report runs in Crystal and not Mas 100, I figured I would try this work around.

In Crystal:

File, Summary Information. In the field Key Words paste in or enter in "Converted to version 5.10b”

It runs fine now and doesn't try to convert.
