When you went to the Knowledge Base and entered in that error message what did you get?

I didn't get any relevant information when I search in the Knowledge Base.

Hello, thank you.  I am logged into the Support Portal, but when I click the link, I get a message stating Server not found. Also, when I searched Error 47 POWUBC in the Knowledge Base, it states there are no results.

On purchase order the error messages almost alway have to do with an incorrect value in the Unit Of Measure Conversion Factor field. Export the detail to Excel and see if for any inventory item that field is blank. If so you would need to use DFDM to go in and enter a 1

If that doesn't work try doing a rebuild key files and sort files on purchase order and inventory files.  Error 47 typically indicates a corrupted index/key.

And do back up your data before trying any of this.  Run the suggestions on the backup data first just in case.
