We have SAGE 100 Advanced version 2013 SU4. I am previewing a report - AR Aged Invoice report. From Export icon we select CSV option. The window opens up but no values are filled in - like separator (which should be ") etc. Even if I fill in those values, export never happens. Is it MS Office issue or CRW issue?

With this client there are many Citrix servers to access MAS and users are assigned to one of the Citrix server. I tested all of them and found that if accessed from one Citrix server, everything works as expected, PDF, CSV, Excel. This leads me to believe that it could be either MS Office or Crystal issue.

Has anyone experienced it?

Any ideas will be appreciated!!
