AATRIX grid for 1099 is showing columns for state WAGES and TAXES??

I have one client showing this issue.  I cannot duplicate on my system.

It appears we are both updated to the latest version.  

Looks like something is crossed over between payroll and A/P.

Can't go forward to print as it insists we must fix the info.   Can't delete the columns.

Tried deleting the data files (renamed the folder containing the files) to see if that would re-init something,  but no go.

At this point,  I'm assuming that it must be a temporary bug that might be fixed when the programs next update.

Any ideas?

    Tom, I just checked my 1099 Misc and I have columns Box 18 - CA Wages and Box 16 CA Tax on the grid. If I go to a vendor and look at 1099 Misc those fields are 16 State income tax and 18 State Income. I don't know why the column heading is CA but it should be Income and Income tax. On the 1099 Interest it has the same thing in 2 box 17 columns. The values are correct but I will check if it has been reported. I had not heard of it.

    We had the grid on Friday and all the fields were blank and requiring some input, however you couldn't just put in 0.00. There was no option to continue without correcting. As of today, there is an option to continue without correcting which is perfect as all the values should have been 0.

    Thank you for posting! I've run into the same problem. It seems that aatrix wants me to enter state ID's for every state, but we are not registered in many of them. I'm glad to hear that it is safe to proceed without any changes.
