Sage has stopped working

My client is getting this error in ap check printing. It happens sometimes not everytime. Sometimes running GLWSKA does not work.

I am going to trouble shoot this weekend but have 2 resolutions and not sure which one to do first . Client is running 2013 Sage 100 advanced.

Any additional detail would be appreciated.

    I would bet you upgraded recently.  Crystal check formats from that have been upgraded from prior versions will have this problem due to some formulas that are no longer valid.

    I always reformat the checks from scratch using a current template to avoid this problem as I haven't found the specific formulas/functions that cause the problem in the old templates.
