The following product notice 18-J was sent out yesterday as a reminder to customers still using Sage 300 ERP Online (Citrix) that the platform will be retired as of June 30, 2018. 

Thank you for your business and the trust you’ve shown in Sage 300 ERP Online. Because Sage 300 ERP Online depends on older technology that no longer meets Sage security standards designed to protect your business, we have made the difficult decision to retire the Sage 300 ERP Online product as of June 30, 2018.

As you will no longer have access to the product or your data as of June 30, you will need to:
• Back up your data – follow Knowledgebase article 73572 “How to backup data into Company – Sage 300 Online”
• Move to another solution to allow your business to continue processing

Important! Be sure to save a copy of your backup locally to ensure you can access your data after Sage 300 Online is retired on June 30, 2018.
