The following is being sent to all Sage 300 customers announcing the retirement of the old Sage 300 portal and Web Deployment

Dear valued customer,

This notice is sent as a benefit of your Sage Business Care plan to let you know about upcoming changes to Sage 300. When we release Sage 300 2019 in late summer 2018, we will end support for the old Sage 300 Portal and Sage 300 Web Deployment. In Sage 300 2019, functionality that was previously provided by these features is provided by Sage 300cloud web screens instead:

• Ad hoc inquiry will be available in the Sage 300cloud web screens instead of the old Sage 300 Portal.
• CRM integration will use the Sage 300cloud web screens instead of Sage 300 Web Deployment.

For customers using Sage 300 2018, we will continue to support the old Sage 300 Portal and Sage 300 Web Deployment until August 2019. After the release of Sage 300 2019, we will no longer provide hotfixes for the old Sage 300 Portal or Sage 300 Web Deployment.
