Dear valued customer,

Thank you for your business and the trust you've shown in Sage 300 Online RDS. Because Sage 300 Online RDS depends on outdated technology that is no longer maintainable, we have made the difficult decision to retire the Sage 300 Online RDS product as of December 31, 2018. After this date, you will no longer be able to access Sage 300 Online RDS.

To ensure that you do not permanently lose access to your data, before December 31, 2018, you must back up your data to a separate location (not in Sage 300 Online RDS) or move to another solution. For information about alternative solutions for managing your business and accounting data, we strongly encourage you to contact your business partner.
