Sage 300 2020.2 is now available

NOTE: This release announcement applies for Sage 300 Customers and Partners in the North America region.

What’s new

  • Online Bank Feeds to reconcile bank accounts (Available with a Sage 300cloud subscription)
  • General Ledger integration with Tax Services (Available with a Sage 300cloud subscription)
  • Ability to print T5018 (CPRS) forms on plain paper
  • Sage 300cloud web screens improvements to the O/E Order Entry screen
  • Ability to assign company colors in Sage 300cloud web screens

Download and install this update

Note: If you use third-party products that integrate with Sage 300, check with the vendor of your third-party product to ensure their product is fully compatible with this release. If you integrate with other Sage products, check with your business partner or Sage to ensure that these components are compatible.

To upgrade, contact your Sage business partner or download the product update from the Sage Knowledgebase:

  1. If you are prompted to log on, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, and then click Log on.

Important! If you use Sage CRM integrated with Sage 300, you must install a new integration after you upgrade to Sage 300 2020.2. To download the new integration, see Download Sage CRM integration for Sage 300 2020 PU2.

    Hi -

    Subscription Features is a new license starting in v2020.2 for subscription customers. The first feature included that is available to customers is the General Ledger integration with Tax Services. Right now that is the only feature included in this license, but the list will be growing in future releases in order to simplify the release process for features only available to subscription customers.

    Our internal team is looking into this error message with your account number as we speak, so i will update you right as I find out more.

    Thank you Rachel. I am a business partner so might be related to that perpetual licensing v/s subscription.

    Can you let me know if you are still receiving the same message? It sounds like a few orders didn't automatically process on our side, but they have now been manually corrected.

    Since you have a BP perpetual license, you have a 30-day temporary Subscription Features license added to your account. If you enter the license information for SF in license manager, the license will become permanent.

    Now I can see the module in the partner portal and was able to enter the serial/activation code in. The message is gone.
