IMPORTANT: Sage 300 ERP 2014 PU2 installation error

After installing Product Update 2 for Sage 300 ERP 2014, some users may encounter the error "Cannot find required system data files".

We are working to determine why some installations are successful and others are not. In the interim, product update 2 is no longer recommended for download. We expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Please check the messages below for updates.
