"Sales Analysis Retrieve" painfully slow

Hi All,

Upgrading from V2014 to v2017. New Windows 2012 server and MSQL. no anti virus.

On the server, locally, the "Sales Analysis Retrieve" process is extremely slow. it has only done 60% after 24 hours.

We don't have a "huge" database/history. About 3 months ago when we ran it on older server, it took only 20 minutes to retrieve.

any help/idea/suggestions would be appreciated.

It is painfully slow. We suspect this product has had no significant updates in a long, long time. We recently ran a full retrieval test on a 30 GB db we are moving, renaming, and creating a new Sage database ID for, and it took about 80 hours to complete.

Sales Analysis is a dead horse, there are far better reporting tools. We typically report sales from OESHHD or OESHDT and use better reporting tools.
