Remote Desktop problems

We have a customer with about 20 Sage 300 users on Remote Desktop server. Every once in a while users start getting "Closing the UI due to failure to activate Sage 300 ERP data sources" error. We recover by either having all Sage users log off or by rebooting the server. Creates a lot of disruption.

Anyone seen this? Version is 2012.

Update: they also have workstation users and they don't experience any problems.

Another weird thing happened with another customer on RDP. Users were unable to add a receipt entry to an AR Receipt Batch. The add button simply didn't do anything. Worked fine on the server console. A reboot of the RDP cleared the problem for now. Anybody experienced weirdness with Sage 300 on RDP?
