Sage 300 Portal Error

Hello Guys,

I'm currently experiencing the attached error message, whenever I click on any of the function screen of the Sage 300 Portal.

Error:

An unexpected error occurred when trying to open Customers. Run Workstation Setup and try again. If the error persists, contact your Sage 300 administrator for assistance.

OS: Window Server 2016

Sage 300: Version 2017

Product Update: 3

SQL Server: 2016

You Advise on how to resolve the above error will be highly appreciated.
