Export function is not working - SAGE 300 2019

Hi,

Any master or transaction data while exporting the set criteria is blank and unable to export. Server is working fine, we face this issue on workstation.

Newly updated SAGE 300 2019 and premium. Attachment is enclosed.

Any guidance to fix it?
