Easy to do... speak to the right consultants. Are you able to export/extract the transaction history from Peachtree?
I've done many migrations to Sage 300 from different systems, the most recent I converted data from as far back as the 1970s.

Yes we do, all data is local.  Can this be done via the SAGE portal or via SQL management studio?

Doubt it.

It is a typical ETL process... extract, transform, load.
First the relevant data needs to be exported/extracted from the source.
Then the data needs to be transformed, this may or may not involve several steps, depending on what the source data looks like - I have no knowledge of Peachtree.
Then finally the transactions can be loaded into Sage 300, either using the standard import functions (terrible to use) or by using the API (faster, but requires advanced knowledge).

The source data needs to be transformed into the layout/format required for importing into Sage 300. I do not know what your source data looks like and I do not know what your requirements are for Sage 300, so I cannot provide any more details than that. Yes I do this as a service, I've been consulting for 25+ years and I've done 100s of data conversions, just not any from Peachtree that I know of.
