Exporting Data from Sage 300 Pervasive SQL Database on a Recurring Basis

Question

We are working with a company using Sage 300 on a Pervasive SQL database. 
 They are interested in exporting data such as GL, AR, and AP transactions and other table information, such as accounts, customers, and vendors. 
 I'd like to know if there are any recommended solutions for extracting the data on a recurring database.

Use any modern language, like VB or C# Dotnet , and write an extraction tool that connects with ODBC to Pervasive. Or, you could use MSAccess to write queries that create Sage importable tables.

Hi Charles, our 'EnableTRANS' ETL / App Automation Framework can create workflows to extract files (csv / tsv ) via ad-hoc execution or service, to a designated folder, with logging and optional email notification. Simple formats allow you to create the queries and the workflow runs them all as a group. If the query is complicated, and a bit more of a project, the workflow can leverage from additional expression based decoration of records and transformation of fields. 
 We use the same framework to generate & send; 
 - file payloads (flat or nested text / xml) to folders/ftp, 
 - razor-based html emails and Sage or other reports to partners, 
 - onboard transactions from Customers/Vendors, etc.
