SUGGESTED

We are upgrading a client from 2017 to 2020 and we are getting the above error when trying to activate the data.

Data dumps/load fine.

It pops up right away......if seems it happens only on the client site. When we load the data at our site it activates fine. Musick was also able to dump/load and convert the data fine. Problem seems to be only on the client site.

Sage 2020 PU4

They also have a big Sales Analysis database.....that we have not brought over as part of the test conversions. They have been also getting this error in the 2017 version when trying to activate new payroll tax tables so they have just been processing using the old tax tables, but now of course they can not do that anymore.

Thanks for any suggestions or ideas.

We checked and nothing stood out. We then converted on our internal test system and everything converted fine. When we did their test upgrade on their test system we used a copy of their shared data directory. When we created a new "fresh" shared data directory then it converted fine. Weird...do you have any ideas Jay as to what may have caused that? Corrupt ISAM files? Other?
