We have a user that is constantly receiving this message and forces him to close Sage entirely and log back in. A registry fix has been ran to no avail.

Ty. Where can we get information on the minimum requirements for the new PC?
Get one as good as the other users who aren't having that problem.
We checked on this and the computer has the same specs as the other ones. We also checked the compatibility guide and we are within the recommendations.
If it has the same specs, then either the OS needs to be installed, or that PC has a lousy network connection.
Hi, we finally found the issue. It was a Crystal dll conflict with another application. Thanks for your help.
