Thanks. I should have specified. The quantity we need to reduce is when we did the Inventory Count Reconciliation. The items on hand is 3 but we counted 2. We recorded the quantity counted to 2, but there is no serial numbers available. When we do a SN inquiry, it is unavaible.

We are in Serial/Lot Reconciliation. We either need to select Receipt, Shipment, etc. If I need to reduce the quantity to 1 (because I have 3 on hand in Sage, but counted 2), I should do a shipment, but I still cannot see the serial number for the 1 unit I need to reduce....

Read the documentation.  Do a receipt.

Thanks for the recommendation of reading the documentation, but I thought this Post was to help users in case they are stuck. However, thanks anyway :)
