We tried to enter a Serial Number (example C12345), but get a <<Mask has not been entered>>. However, when we enter a SN without the <<C>> in front, it works. I check the IC Mask Structures, but Segment Type is All Characters (see below). Anyone can help why we get this error message? The item is serialized.
