We received the same error as the original poster. When we ran Updater.exe as an admin, we got the following error:

There was a problem during the update process.

Error downloading file updates.aatrix.com/.../AATRIXFORMS.EXE.ZIP.

We have followed the troubleshooting steps in the dialog and confirmed that our firewall is not blocking the downloads as we can download the test files. Entering the URL in a browser to attempt a manual download yields a 404 error for the file. What else should we check?

Try renaming the TaxFiling folder and reinstalling the tax update.

another thing you try running (as administrator) is the errorreport.exe program in the TaxFiling folder and run the Fix Update.
