Hi All,
Has anyone installed Sage 300 2023 with SQL 2022 yet? Does anyone have it working? I know it isn't in the compatibility guide yet (as of 8th March 2023).
I am hoping it is supported in the next Product update or sooner.
Regards,
Quentin

Did you manage to find a solution on this one?

Any SQL version 2016 or later will work fine.
Hi Jay, yes I know it will work fine that might be our option to asked the client to downgrade their SQL Server to 2019. But for now I am looking if someone out there already tried SQL 2022 for Sage 2023
2022 will work fine.
Have you tried it yourself? I am having an error "
setting up the database connection
49153 means that either you entered the wrong server name, or that server's firewall is block port 1433. The SQL version is not the problem, your basic setup is.
Firewall is off, correct Server name and login credentials cause I setup the ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server connection successfully. But they prefer the Database Setup to use Server setup rather than Datasource
It's alright I think I found the solution they required a Certificate now.
