Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you tried to create an account to access the Sage 300 download. Unfortunately, if you are internationally located, then you won't be set up in our North American system with a product and service plan to enable downloads. This is something we reserve only for our international developer partners.

If you do own a Sage 300 license + Sage Fixed Assets add on integration*, this won't be registered in our North American system and therefore downloads will not be accessible to you.
