All Sage old folder structure? So just move.....install applications.....dbdump/dbload old data.....convert......and then follow new security enhancements? Or these new security needs do it before install new sage version, dbdump/dbload/convert and so on

Another question nor related to this.....activation codes for Sage 300 2022 in Product version shows for example GL69A for GL module...and for 2023 or 2024 I assume will be 70A and 71A...I mean in Sage Partner Portal....but now I see GL88A !!! Why???

Neither.  It only shows up on the license screen.

Dont get it. I mean until Sage 300 2022 you have a license for each module with that product version 69A....then now 88A works for modules but both versions right? Anyway, I need to try here in my PC. I dont get any communications from Sage about that. Thanks again.

When you're on subscription licensing, the 8.8 numbers are just for the automatic licensing.  They're disconnected from the actual module numbers.

Well just copy your SharedData folder to the new server first, and install Sage 300 2024 + PU1 to that same SharedData location so your existing company information is already there and will get promoted to the new security databases upon doing the upgrade.  If your ISM's get overwritten during the install, just copy them over again.  If you have your SharedData there (USER, SITE, MACROS, etc), and use the same company ID's, all your users's customisations, print destination preferences, custom icon folders etc should come across where possible.  Don't forget to bring your custom forms folder over and update the Customization Directory path too.  If you're unsure of everything, its highly recommended to always engage a Sage 300 Business Partner when performing upgrades as they can be pretty complex depending on the size and complexity of the site and business.

I always uninstall old versions completely save for copying SITE folder as I believe it would be a bit messy installing in same folder - i.e. C:\Sage\Sage300. Does this mean I have to stop this practice if I am to successfully upgrade to 2024?
