open new database , but error activating

We have one laptop running Sage 300 version 2023 (Product Update 1) and have error activating

New company.

After Click Data Activation > Proceed below error pop up.

Please advise

Hi hubert choo this is a known bug with Sage 300 2023 on Windows 11. Please run Workstation Setup on a Windows 10 or on a Windows Server machine, like the Application or SQL server itself to work around this issue. Once Common Services is activated you can continue the setup on your Windows 11 machine.

hi ,TQ for your reply. i trying to repair the software , same problem appear. now i backup and uninstall the sage 300 software and reinstall again , and yet the same problem still appear .
