Issue with Importing Simple Data

I am reaching out because I have diligently followed the installation document step by step for importing simple data. However, I encountered an error, as indicated in the attached screenshots.

Hi  I have never seen this database load utility before I'm sorry, I've only ever used DBLOAD32.exe and loaded the sample data from SAMDATA:

Plus I've never installed into the Program Files directory for a Sage 300 deployment so I'm not sure what to advise.  I didn't even know .ini files for sample data were a thing.  Those files do look like Sage 300 ERP (at first I thought maybe you were using Sage 300 CRE (Construction).  Maybe this is the differences with a French localised version of Sage 300.  I'm not sure how to help...maybe someone else here?

This is really starting to look like a job for a Sage 300 consultant, that said I will persist to see if we can get your SAMDATA loaded.  Could you please assist with:

    1. What version and edition of Sage 300 is this?
    2. Does your ODBC connection pass the connection test i.e. when you open C:\Windows\Syswow64\ODBCAD32.exe -> select System DSN tab -> open your Sage 300 DSN -> go through next/next/next using your SA SQL Auth credentials (just for now), do you get a succesful test result at the end i.e.:
    3. Also make sure if using version 2022 or later that you select "Trust the Server Certificate" or set encryption to "Optional":

    4. Try running your DBLoad again.

    Cheers
