Restore from backup

Hi Susan Shukair if you need advice on restoring the rates from a backup of your data without rolling your entire production company database back please let us know - remember you only need to extract the rates from the backup, not restore the entire company data. Once you have restored your rates, its a good idea to hide the delete button from the Currency Rates screen by creating a UI Customization Profile that hides the delete button, then allocate this profile to all users.  To delete individual rates, you click on the rate and press delete on the keyboard instead of clicking the Delete button.  Unfortunately it is a bit confusing.  Good luck!
