What is everyone using to manage who is currently using a license for a Module?  We have 4 licenses for JC but have to ask 10 plus people who is in it and can they get out (we use a Teams Chat for this).  Sometimes someone had it stuck open or left it open on their home computer.  We are able to access this information with Pervasive but its hosted on our server so we have to have our IT company look at it each time.  I'm looking for an ODBC query or Sage Report or Sage Inquiry that shows you is in a module and the last time the license was used.  We are now on a subscription based plan and would like to know what modules are being under utilized as well.

I sent a request to our Sage consultant but I wanted to check here if anyone here has a better way so we are not recreating the wheel.  I also have an ODBC query spreadsheet that has all the log information since log Viewer takes forever to open.  But filtering through it to see who is in it and if they logged out is very cumbersome.
