Database profile corrupt TS2012

Good day

We have an issue where Any TS user cannot loggon to sage ERP300 2014 from a 2012 TS

The enviroment

DC = Server 2008 R2

TS and app Server = Server 2012 Standard

DB = Server 2008 R2 MSSQL 2008 R2

Kasparsky Antivirus

All local users login on to DC and run Sage from app server can connect and have no Issue

any user through TS (and on local Server 2012) get an error that the database profile is corrupt

The following steps have been taken

1. Moved Sage ERP from differant app server to the TS server

2. Depending on ODBC used (SQL server error 99 in DB verify) SQL native 10 error 49153 in DB verify

3. turned off antivirus and firewall

4. reinstall 2014 could log on as sage ADMIN user  and work for a couple of hours before problem reapeared. no other Sage user can log on through TS all getting data profile corrupt message

My questions

1. as far as i know and have tested in own test enviroment having a combine server 2008 and 2012  works 100% even with exact same configarations, what is differant that i cannot get the client up and running

2. why on 2012 logging in as any user i get a differant error for age ADMIN user and any other Sage User

3. data and program path setting exactly the same for TS and local users (\\192.168.1.4\a4w\accpac) yet local network users running a normal ws setup have no issue connecting and working, surely if the DB profile is corrupt i should get the same message all the time
