Failed to retrieve data from database Database vendor code 208

I installed Accpac 500ERP 5.5a on my PC and the following error shows when i using it.

(This is the first time I use Accpac so i have no idea about this error. And my PC environment is Windows7 64bit)

Error：Crystal Report Viewer "Failed to retrieve data from database Database vendor code 208"

And i did the same thing on the sever/other PC which Accpac is installed but this error doesn't happen.

So i guess the accpac on my PC has a problem.

Would you please guide me how to solve this issue?

If all PCs are reading from the same databases and only your PCs has the error, compare the system DSN configuations with the other PCs. Note the version of SQL drivers used. Also if other PCs have service packs installed, make sure your PC has the same service packs as the others. FYI, version 5.5 is very old and is no longer supported by Sage.
